Disclaimer

1. Independent booking assistance

Amtrain Bookings is an independent travel support service. We are not Amtrak, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting as an agent of the National Railroad Passenger Corporation.

We help travelers research routes and request reservations by phone. The rail service itself is operated by Amtrak or another carrier and is subject to that carrier’s schedules, fare rules, and conditions of carriage.

2. Trademarks

“Amtrak” and related marks are registered trademarks of the National Railroad Passenger Corporation. Other product and company names on this site may be trademarks of their respective owners. We use these names only to describe the services travelers are asking about. Their use does not imply endorsement or partnership.

3. Fares and availability

Fares, schedules, room availability, and vehicle limits change frequently. Sample prices shown on this website are starting points for budgeting, not live quotes or guaranteed offers. Only a price confirmed by a reservation specialist for your specific date, route, party size, and accommodation type is a quote.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information current, but we do not warrant that any fare, schedule, or description is complete or error-free. Always review your confirmation before travel.

4. No guarantee of service or outcome

We do not guarantee that a particular fare, room, connection, or departure will be available. We do not control carrier operations, weather, infrastructure, staffing, or government action. Delays, cancellations, missed connections, and schedule changes are handled under the carrier’s policies.

5. Not legal, financial, or travel-safety advice

Content on this website is general travel information. It is not legal, financial, insurance, medical, or safety advice. For advice specific to your circumstances, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

6. External links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Amtrain Bookings is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website content, changes to fares or schedules, carrier operations, or third-party services. Our Terms & Conditions contain additional limitations.
